IRS Form 1098-T (Tuition Statement)

The law school does not file year-end 1098-T Tuition Statement forms to the Internal Revenue Service. We do not file this form because we are not an eligible educational institutional that is eligible to participate in the Department of Education's student aid programs.  Student expenses at our school do not qualify because of this ineligibility.  We do not release our FEIN for tuition statement purposes.
