INSTRUCTIONS (Please Read Carefully)

1.  This application must be typed or written legibly in ink, signed by applicant and filed with or mailed to the Dean of California Southern Law School, 3775 Elizabeth Street, Riverside, California 92506-2508.

2.  All questions must be answered: if answer is "no" or "none," or if the question is "not applicable," please so state. Failure to complete this form fully and to furnish supporting transcripts will delay action on the application.

3.  Please note all requirements and procedures set forth in the catalog and specific instructions on some questions.

4.  Applicants must request one transcript from each college attended or, if applicant holds a degree, request one copy from the institution conferring the degree.  It is the applicant's responsibility to make all arrangements for transcripts. Transcripts must be sent directly from the issuing school addressed to the Dean, California Southern Law School, 3775 Elizabeth Street, Riverside, California 92506-2508. Transcripts delivered by an applicant in person will not be accepted, except as a basis for provisional admission.

5.  A $10.00 application fee must be paid with this application unless applicant was previously admitted to California Southern Law School.
