Be sure to do the reading assignment, including the briefing of cases, in advance for the first week of classes.
The maximum # of allowable absences in each class each semester is 3.
**Please note that the first week's assignment is sizeable, but Mr. Fineman requests that students read but not brief these cases as they will provide the background for his first lecture. Students will be expected to read and brief all the cases beginning with week 2 of the fall semester.
